AF&Co 24 Pc Mother of Pearl Handled Dessert Flatware Set w/Wood Chest! Stunning 24 Piece Mother of Pearl Handled Dessert Knife & Fork Set with wood chest! This lovely set boasts an elegant etched floral and wave design and beaded and banded silverplated ferrules. Satin finish Mother of Pearl Handles, full of fiery colors when the light catches them! The custom wood chest is lined in a deep blue velvet and pin-tucked satin, with individual slots for each piece! This set is in excellent overall condition, well preserved over the years. No plate loss or heel wear except a few spots on the backs of a couple fork tines. The wonderful mother of pearl handles are free of any damage or discoloration. The knives measure 7 5/8" and forks are 6". My research did not show example of their marks so that I could compare the marking style to determine but this set was British made. The custom wood chest is in very good condition, showing only light wear to the outside, with an empty brass cartouche. Unfortunately, the key is missing for this set.
