European, but unsure of manufacture. Wooden case is 2 tone with black painted base. Set in very good condition, needs polished as its set in case for decades. Case measures approx 15.5"W x 12.5"D x 13H. Flatware set includes 12 of the following: Small Forks, Butter knives, tea spoons (24) , Flat head small spoons, soup spoons, salad forks, dinner forks, dinner forks, knives, and 4 serving spoons, and 6 other serving utensils.
