Antique Engraved Carved MOP Fruit Dessert Flatware Set Silverplate 36pcs
We are happy to answer inquiries. An antique engraved and carved silver-plate fruit or dessert set. Featuring intricately carved Mother of Pearl handles and finely engraved grape and vine motifs. There are 18 forks and 18 knives for a total of 18 place settings/36 pieces. There are minimal surface scratches commensurate with age.
There are no hallmarks or makers marks that I can find. Clean and beautiful and in. The fitted silk lined trays and box are in good condition.
The fabric liner is clean, intact and free from stains. The case lid is cracked or split as shown in photos 8 and 9. This does not affect its function. It is tight and does not move.
The box closes properly and tightly. The forks measure 7 inches long with the knives measuring 8.25 inches long. The case measures 10.5 inches wide by 8.5 inches deep and 4 inches tall.
