ANTIQUE FRUIT KNIFE AND FORK SET. SET OF 12 KNIVES AND FORKS W/ WOODEN CASE. Offered here is a lovely antique set of 12 fruit knives and 12 fruit forks. Included is a custom made wooden storage box. There are no makers marks or name evident.

The tines and blades are silver plated engraved with a scrolling design. The handles are most likely some type of natural bone or horn. It could be French in origin. This listing was part of a vintage/estate collection and is in very good condition considering its age.

The wooden box lid is warped and does not close tightly. The locking mechanism also does not work and the key is missing. The handles have yellowed with age, and some cracking/splits in the handles are present.

The majority of my listings are vintage estate pieces or department store excess inventory. Light scratches from normal use or storage may be present on some pieces. I list thousands of pieces making it impossible to describe each individual piece, but my inventory will never have chips, cracks, repairs, crazing, breaks or other flaws unless specifically and clearly called out in the listing description.
