Oneida Community South Seas Silverplate Flatware Set 74 Pieces & Chest

Nice set of silverplate in the South Seas pattern. The set includes 74 pieces which are in very good vintage condition. Since this is an older set, there are some use scratches / wear marks consistent with age along with a few very minor dings.

T here are no monograms. May need a little polishing, but it is still quite a nice set. Twelve 6 7/8 Salad Forks. Twelve 6 3/4 Round Gumbo Soup Spoons. One 8 5/8 Serving Fork. Two 8 5/8 Serving Spoons. One 6 1/2 Butter Knife. One 5 1/2 Sugar Spoon.

In addition, you will receive a storage chest / box. Please note that chest does show quite a bit of wear, please see photos. However, it will keep the flatware clean and ready for use.

This is a heavy set, the flat ware and the box weigh over 12 pounds. There are many variations in silverplate. This includes, but is not limited to, size, weight, and variations in color. Please remember that these items are vintage or used pieces and are not perfect and may not match existing pieces that you already own.
