REED & BARTON Winthrop Silverplate Footed Coffee Tea Set #1780, #1794 Rare Sterno. Four pieces -- coffee pot, tea or hot water pot w hinged separate foot and Sterno center, sugar and creamer.
The creamer is model 1794; the other 3 pieces are 1780. Set #1780 has a classical art nouveau design, with ornate flourishes capped with a violet in search of the sun.1794 is similar but not exact. Approximate age of set is 60 years. The set is in overall very nice condition, but does show a few flaws in the silverplating such as areas of wear/thinning/tarnish. Other than that, no noticeable dents and very solid condition.
