51 PC ARG 800 Italian Flatware Set For 12 Kings Pattern Silverplate

Here is a set of flatware in good condition plate wise but in need of serious cleaning up and some of the ends of the bowls of the spoons seem worn down. But a heavy set that really catches your attention set at the table. 12 knives 9 1/8 not sure what blades are, marked UPER INS with cow head between. 1 sauce or soup ladle 12 3/8. 1 casserole serving spoon 10 1/8.
