Art Deco 12 Piece Set Christofle Gallia Knife Rests Sandoz 1930 Box

An Art Deco set of 12 knife rests by Sandoz for Christofle Gallia. Each animal is individually cast, silver plated and each fashioned as a Cubist animal by the French sculptor Edouard Sandoz. This was created in the late 1920's for "Christofle Gallia" line. It was used in the First Class dining room of the S. Very good condition with minor wear due to age.
