There are scratches but nothing deep. There are no dents in any of the handles. One dinner fork escaped from the group before I cleaned them. At least you get to see what they looked like before. They were used a lot, then must have sat a while. The case they are in had minimal dust. I have cleaned it all very well. I will clean that last fork, too.
