Christofle RUBANS Silverplated Fish Forks Set of Six. French Silver-maker Christofle is an enduring symbol of luxury, elegance and prestige in the art of silver.

The RUBANS pattern is characterized by a motif of rushes tied by bowed ribbons; the inspiration for this pattern goes back to Greek antiquity. Translated by Christofle silversmiths, it carries all the themes typical of the Louis XVI style. This elegant design is used in most French Embassies throughout the world and was initially referred to as the "Marie Antoinette" pattern due to the Queen's well known love for the pastoral, the feminine and the decorative, especially when it came to be introduced in America.

Each item in this set is fully hallmarked with Christofle hallmarks. SIX (6) Fish Forks 6 7/8 inches (17.5 cm).

This set is in Excellent used condition, showing signs of light usage in light surface scratches, and without any major scratches, discoloration, or deep tarnish. The items are shiny with very good luster. Please review the photos and write me if you need more details.
