Oval form with cut fluted corners, standing on galleried frame base, domed lids with Ebonised Bakelite finials & angular handles. Stamped with the Elkington & Co mark, Silver Plate, England, product code 38869, E date letter for 1965. Silver plate is bright with light oxidation and cleaner buildup, light age related surface scratching and wear. The internal sections are clear with little staining.
