This is a vintage silver plate flatware set in the Evening Star pattern by ONEIDA from 1950. It comes in its original box and is classified as Mid-Century Modern style.

At the time of its debut, it spoke of a new style in tableware décor. This set is in excellent condition. It was my grandmother's and the box with flatware has been. Box in good condition, though some surface scuff marks. Interior of box in excellent condition, of deep blue felt and white satin.

Size of box 19" x 11.5" x 3.5. Have a good look at all photos. Original box has wear on outside however is very nice on inside.

Been in same family for 3 generations.
